Dena Kemp Inc provides luxury quality featuring uniquely designed jewelry. The items on our website were designed and fabricated by Dena Kemp Inc. Each piece is individually made and is unique.

SALES TAX

We are a California business; sales tax will only be applied if you live in the states of California, or as otherwise required by law.

RETURN POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with any item that you purchased online or wish to exchange it, you may return it to Dena Kemp Inc for credit only under the following conditions, which are strictly observed:

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours from the date your order is received. Returns must be received within 7 business days of receipt. Items must be without wear and in pristine condition. Returned item(s) are in their original packaging.

Items purchased on our website cannot be returned to any stores that carry our brand for credit, nor does our internet return policy apply to items purchased in stores.

Shipping charges will be deducted from any credits in addition to a 5% restocking fee.

All return shipments must be insured for the full dollar amount and shipped back via FEDEX with direct signature. A representative will reach out to you with further directions.

PROMOTIONS

Any promotion or discount that is offered online is not valid for any retailer carrying our brand. Online promotions are exclusive E-Commerce purchases.

SHIPPING

We try to maintain our website with currently featured items that are available in inventory at our store. Product will be able to be shipped out within 72 hours of purchase.
